It's all about finding what works best for you - I too, feel bloated after carbs and dairy, and find that if I eat anything that is 'processed' I feel ill afterwards.<br /><br />For me, following a vegan diet keeps me on track and eating healthily - I have to think just that little bit more about what I'm eating (as nearly EVERYTHING has dairy in it), and I therefore tend to eat more raw/pure/non-processed food as a result.<br />Liz @4races4citieshttp://runnerstood.comnoreply@blogger.com
